We sell wholesale to the trade only. Possession of this price guide and/or catalog does not constitute an offer to sell.

When placing an order please have available your state issued re-sale tax id number, your business name, billing address, shipping address, and contact phone number.

There is no minimum order. All orders under $150 are charged a $10 box fee.

We waive shipping charges on all orders over $2000. Free shipping does not apply to backordered items. Orders are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days or less.

We accept payment via check-by-phone, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.

Open accounts may be established for your business. Please request an open account application. We use Lyons Credit Monitoring when verifying open account possibilities. Once an open account is established, a service fee of 1.5 % is charged to all past due invoices.

All merchandise ships by truck, prepaid and billed. Please inspect all merchandise at time of delivery. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. If damage does occur, you must have the original box for inspection and return. Call our customer service department at (866)859-5533 immediately to report any damages or problems.

Hanging materials are furnished. Standard hanging hardware for sizes F-Z are available in both veritcal and horizontal. Sizes D and E are available in vertical only.
