All orders ship in 12 days or less UNLESS you specify a ship date. We waive shipping charges on orders totaling $2000 or more.

All orders ship either FedEx ground or FedEx freight UNLESS you specify a carrier and arrange pickup by that carrier.

All orders are billed for the product at time of shipment. When the product ships regular ground, a shipping charge is also assessed at the time of billing. When the product ships freight truck, it ships freight collect UNLESS you request freight prepaid.

All orders shipped freight prepaid will receive a second bill for the freight charges. This bill typically appears on your account or credit card within 12 business days of delivery.

When we waive shipping charges on your order, we do not cover any redelivery charges. Please provide information regarding the best hours for delivery at time of order.

If your order qualifies for free shipping and one item is temporarily out of stock, you have the option to place that mirror on backorder. Free shipping is not applied to the backorder mirror. That mirror will be charged shipping unless you add to the order to re-qualify for free delivery.

Sidemarks can be placed on all mirrors when requested.
