All returns must be pre-approved. As the bulk of our mirrors are custom-produced for your specific needs, we do not accept returns based on change of your clients' opinions. Returns are typically accepted when the finish has changed drastically or there is a problem that cannot be resolved.

When a return has been pre-approved, we credit back the charge of the mirror, less a restock fee. Restock fees are assessed at 20% of the cost of the mirror. Shipping costs and any box fee charge are not credited back. Credits are either applied to your account (when you have an open account) or applied to the credit card that was originally billed. Credits are not applied until we receive the mirror back in our warehouse.
